AI will continue to revolutionise the e-commerce industry, providing businesses with the ability to predict consumer behaviour and make informed decisions that drive sales, speakers said at a meeting on Wednesday in HCM City.
About 2,500 delegates are expected to participate in the Vietnam Online Business Forum 2019 in three major cities of Ha Noi, Da Nang and HCM City this month, according to the Ministry of Industry and Trade’s Vietnam E-commerce Association (VECOM).
